On Tuesday evening into early Wednesday morning, temperatures fall below freezing and then start to rise with increasing southerly winds. However, the air aloft will be below freezing, allowing for a snow to rain mixture to develop on Wednesday morning. Because of the timing at the morning commute, there could be some travel implications. By midday, the temperature profile should be above freezing and a changeover to all rain expected.

So, snow amounts look to be light. A coating is possible (and probably no more than one-half and inch of snow expected). The timing though makes it tricky and could be more of a travel impact.
