LeBlanc + Smith, a boutique hospitality group that operates four “cocktail-driven neighborhood bars” and two hotels in New Orleans, is expanding its footprint across the South with a pair of new establishments in Nashville and plans to move into Atlanta in February.
Earlier this month, the group opened The Chloe Nashville, modeled after its popular St. Charles Avenue hotel, near Vanderbilt University in Nashville’s Hillsboro Village neighborhood. A week later, it opened Love’s Alibi, a new bar concept in The Gulch, a trendy formerly industrial Nashville neighborhood.
