This past week, Nashville was hit by what meteorologists are calling “Winter Storm Fern.” AKA, the ice storm that led to over 230,000 people losing their power, according to WPLN. Not limited to this group of people were some of our favorite country singers, who were forced to hunker down and make the most of the cold weather.

Drew Baldridge was one of them. The singer-songwriter made waves on TikTok with his 2024 song, “She’s Somebody’s Daughter”. Baldridge shared that he was staying at his manager’s house after losing power at his place.

But there are so many people all over Nashville who are staying in their homes. Their homes are 40 degrees. Mine is currently like 43 right now.”…
