Paducah Power Systems calls mutual aid crews home, sends aid to Nashville

PADUCAH — Paducah Power Systems has recalled most of their crews sent across county lines to assist nearby power companies with repairs, and sent an additional couple two-man crews to Nashville to assist the thousands without power.

PPS said in a post on Facebook that those without power in Lexington, Tennessee is now below 200, showcasing their outage map with small issues that PPS said Lexington Electric will be able to finalize.

In the post, PPS said that its storm crews were released today, Feb. 1, and returned home following a week of braving the winter weather. The post thanked the participating employees, Jacob, JR, Cody, Brandon, Jaxon and Grant for their work…
