SUMNER COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — With tens of thousands of Nashville Electric Service customers still without power, leaders across Middle Tennessee have demanded accountability and transparency from NES, claiming communication has been virtually non-existent.
Sumner County Mayor John Isbell said in a notice released Monday morning NES has “fallen short.”
“We’re getting a break in the weather, but it’s still — there’s families out there that are really struggling, and we need to find some type of care for them,” Isbell told News 2.
