Woman breaks into East Nashville home during power outage, reportedly staying there while residents sheltered elsewhere

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A woman broke into an East Nashville home while residents were seeking shelter after losing power last week, ransacking the residence and stealing personal items.

Zoe Tostaine and her roommates returned to their Douglas Avenue home on Friday after several days without electricity to find their home had been occupied by an intruder.

“None of this is mine,” Tostaine said, referring to items left throughout her home. “This is everything (s)he brought into my home none of this is mine. I was all in my bedroom.”…
