Vince Gill, John Oates Perform at For Pete’s Sake

On February 15, City Winery Nashville will play host to “For Pete’s Sake,” a concert event benefitting The Pete Huttlinger Fund for Adult Congenital Cardiac Research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Performing to honor their friend, acclaimed guitarist Pete Huttlinger, will be John Oates, Vince Gill, Guthrie Trapp, Pat Bergeson Trio, Suzy Bogguss, Wyatt Ellis, Tim & Myles Thompson, Erik Abernathy and other special guests to be announced. Lee C. Camp will host the evening. The event is sponsored by BMI.

Huttlinger was a world-renowned guitarist and composer based in Nashville. His wicked chops and huge sense of humor earned him an international following. Throughout his life and career, Huttlinger lived with rare complications stemming from a congenitally defective heart, and on January 15, 2016 he passed away at the age of 54. Pete was admired by countless peers, many of whom will be on stage for this event…
