Simon Property Group (Simon), the largest owner and operator of shopping malls in the U.S., has assumed full management and leasing control of The Mall at Green Hills. Simon is launching a redevelopment strategy aimed at enhancing each center’s offerings in high-growth markets. Simon acquired the properties from Taubman Realty Group in November of 2025 for The Mall At GreenHills, which is located at 2126 Abbott Martin Rd in West Nashville.
