K.Town BBQ & Hot Pot opened on Indian Lake Boulevard on Dec. 1, holding its ribbon-cutting ceremony in January.
“It’s a booming new style in America so it’s coming up in every city, and in Hendersonville we didn’t see any of this kind of dining style,” owner Joe Lin said. “We wanted to bring in some new things for the residents.”
The restaurant, located at 261 Indian Lake Boulevard, Suite 350, provides an opportunity for diners to be their own chef, offering an all-you-can-eat menu featuring BBQ options like chicken, pork, seafood, vegetables and certified angus beef, and Hot Pot options including sliced meat, seafood, vegetables, noodles and a selection of soup bases.
