A former Millersville police officer has been indicted and charged with misconduct following an investigation launched last summer.
In a Feb. 15 news release, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced that agents had been investigating misconduct allegations leveled at former Millersville Police Department officer Michael Singleton since June 26, 2025.
Per the release, agents subsequently determined that earlier that month, Singleton had purportedly engaged in inappropriate contact with a resident at her home, during which he failed to notify dispatch of his whereabouts, document the contact properly and did not activate his body worn camera…
