NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Court of Criminal Appeals of Tennessee has upheld the judge’s conviction of the man who murdered a Nashville nurse in a road rage shooting in December 2020.
Devaunte Louis Hill was convicted in 2023 in the death of 26-year-old Caitlyn Kaufman. Hill attempted to appeal that conviction, but ultimately was denied as the court upheld the judge’s ruling.
