NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An effort to address speeding issues in the Woodbine neighborhood has failed, leaving residents further away from a solution.
Jay Street has been an issue for residents for years, with some telling News 2 they get nervous to even walk down the road because of constant speeders.
In an effort to address the issues, residents applied for traffic calming. After analyzing the area, the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure recommended putting speed cushions along the road.
