NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man with a checkered history of violence towards women was arrested yet again in downtown Nashville Thursday evening, this time for assault on an officer.
The incident occurred in the shadow of the Country Music Hall of Fame on Thursday, March 26. According to an affidavit, officers responded to a report of a disorderly person at Rep. John Lewis Way South and Demonbreun Street.
Per the court document, members of the Nashville Downtown Partnership contacted law enforcement, claiming the suspect was seen trying to grope women near Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer and attempted to “provocatively contact” bystanders near the Walk of Fame Park.
