NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Detectives are investigating a deadly shooting overnight at a hotel near Nashville International Airport.
Shortly after midnight Tuesday, officers responded to a shooting report at Rodeway Inn on Briley Parkway. Officials found a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest in the parking lot. He was taken to Skyline Medical Center, where he died.

Investigators believe the victim may have been staying at or visiting the hotel when he was shot during a fight in the parking lot. His identity has not been released as officials work to notify his family.
