Wanted felon arrested in stolen vehicle following pursuit, standoff in Mt. Juliet

MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WSMV) – A wanted woman with a criminal past was arrested again, this time in a stolen vehicle in Mt. Juliet.

The Mt. Juliet Police Department reported that the city’s license plate reader system alerted officers to a stolen Nissan Kicks entering the town from Nashville on West Division Street late Tuesday night.

Officers quickly located the vehicle, which led to a pursuit on Division Street Near Greenhill Road. The female driver refused to pull over, so spike strips were deployed twice, damaging the vehicle and ending the chase on East Division Street near Golden Bear Gateway, MJPD reported…
