Charges upgraded against Nashville father of boy, 6, who shot himself

The father of a 6-year-old boy, who shot himself in the head with a pistol pulled from his dad’s pocket while he napped, is now charged with criminal homicide.

He’s also facing a federal gun charge, according to court records.
