MADISON, Tenn. (WKRN) — A multifamily development that frustrated neighbors in January has made it through the Metro Planning Commission and will now move to the next step in the process, despite resident opposition.
A planned multifamily community on Anderson Lane, not too far from Amqui Elementary School, has residents frustrated with the process and the proposal itself.
The plan involves rezoning three parcels of land from RS7.5 to SP to allow for several dozen multifamily units.
