Emergency housing assistance reopened for Nashville residents continuing to face financial hardships after historic ice storm

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Metropolitan Action Commission (MAC) announced that the Emergency Winter Housing Assistance Program will reopen in late April.

Come April 27, the program will reopen to support Nashville and Davidson County residents who continue to face financial hardships following Winter Storm Fern and the State of Emergency declared on January 26, 2026.
