Pedestrian found dead on Harding Place

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Metro detectives are investigating after a man was found dead Saturday along Harding Place.

Just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to reports of a pedestrian in the road at Harding Place and Tampa Drive. According to Metro police, officers arrived to find a man in the road who was then pronounced dead.

At the scene, officers were seen conducting a field sobriety test on a man who reportedly drove through the crime scene. However, that person is not believed to be involved in the death of the pedestrian, according to Metro police.
