NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A woman is facing multiple charges for allegedly kicking two officers during her arrest for refusing to leave a West Nashville restaurant.
On Friday, around 10 p.m., officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department were called to the J. Alexander’s on White Bridge Pike. The manager told the officers that he had asked 47-year-old Roxana Nicole Guy to leave because of her behavior, according to an arrest affidavit.
