Starbucks Signs 250,000 SF Lease At Peabody Union In South Bank Nashville.

Starbucks Coffee Company (Starbucks) is making a significant corporate entry into Nashville, having signed a lease for all 250,000 square feet of Class A office space available within Peabody Union, a dynamic mixed-use destination alongside the Cumberland River in downtown Nashville within the South Bank neighborhood.

“Starbucks is an outstanding brand with a long history of positively impacting the communities where they do business. They are the ideal partner and corporate anchor of Peabody Union to further energize our blossoming South Bank downtown neighborhood. We’re immensely proud to welcome them and are eager to see them inspire and nurture our community in the years to come.”

Starbucks’ 250,000-square-foot office building at Peabody Union is connected to Olive at Peabody Union, an award-winning 27-story residential tower, and offers two acres of walkable, art-forward public commons that include 50,000 square feet of interconnected retail, dining, and entertainment. The development features abundant green spaces, breezy walkways, and access to the riverfront and greenways.

With Starbucks as a partner, everything we have sought to do within this development is now elevated.”
