NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A daycare in Nashville was evacuated Tuesday afternoon after construction crews hit a supply line with a pickaxe, causing a gas leak.
The leak was reported at 1030 Maxwell Avenue, where Creative Minds Learning Academy is located, according to its Facebook page.
“Children and occupants of the daycare are in a safe area in the yard at the rear of the building, where NFD HazMat crews are continuing to monitor the air quality,” a spokesperson for NFD said…
