Man with nearly 20 warrants arrested after falling through attic while fleeing Nashville police

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man wanted on nearly 20 outstanding warrants was arrested Tuesday at a residence on Nashboro Boulevard, according to the Nashville Police Department

MNPD said 36-year-old Darrius Cane racked up several charges after he allegedly fled from a traffic stop on March 14 and hit a Southeast Precinct officer in the process.

Cane, who was wanted on five felony warrants in Marshall County, was stopped on March 14 while driving a Dodge Charger that had no lights or a properly registered temporary tag. MNPD said he also did not have a driver’s license or vehicle registration…
