WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WSMV) – Accidental pocket dials to 911 are tying up emergency dispatchers and delaying responses to real emergencies.
The Williamson County Department of Emergency Communications received around 5,400 unverified 911 calls last year out of approximately 58,000 total 911 calls.
