Goodlettsville police investigate shooting during robbery at Long Hollow Pike lot

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A shooting during a reported robbery outside a business is under investigation after a victim showed up at a Goodlettsville hospital with a gunshot wound.

On April 17, Goodlettsville police responded to Skyline Hospital’s emergency room to speak with a victim who had been shot in the leg. The victim told officers he was shot in his right leg by two unknown men after being approached in the parking lot on Long Hollow Pike.

The victim said one of the men produced a silver handgun and repeatedly said, “What you got.” He told police that he was held at gunpoint by one man while the other acted as a lookout. At some point during the robbery, he was shot in the leg, and both men left in their cars…
