Teen arrested after bringing stolen gun to Nashville high school

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A high school student was arrested after reportedly bringing a stolen gun to school, the Metro Nashville Police Department said.

Police said a 17-year-old student was arrested after the gun was found in his backpack as he walked through the Evolv weapon detection system at Stratford High School.
