SUMNER COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A nearly year-long investigation by the 18th Judicial Drug Task Force ended with a previously convicted man back behind bars in Sumner County.
Gerald Chubb served eight years on cocaine charges back in the early 2000s. He was sentenced to eight years of probation that expired in 2009.
Twenty-five years after that first conviction, now 47 years old, the Nashville man is back in jail again for felony cocaine charges…
