Cheatham County authorities are in an active search for 49-year-old Marvin Lewis Page, who investigators say is wanted on rape charges after an alleged attack at a Chapmansboro home in April 2025. Officials say Page may be living on the streets and could be in the Nashville area or in nearby Rutherford County.

Investigators have identified the suspect as Marvin Lewis Page, who they say was living at a Mosely Road home in Chapmansboro in April 2025, according to WKRN. Capt. Chris Gilmore told WKRN that Page “may be homeless and could be in the Nashville area or Rutherford County,” and deputies are asking residents to keep an eye out and report any possible sightings.
