More than a dozen neglected dogs found chained on West TN property, many with infections, fleas and wounds

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Animal Rescue Corps said Tuesday that it has launched an emergency rescue operation of more than a dozen dogs and puppies “in crisis.”

“When a medical emergency hit a West Tennessee resident, relatives and friends found 18 dogs and puppies living chained and penned on his property, in plain view of the nearby road,” the organization said.
