The Paper Mill, a popular Mt. Juliet restaurant, will soon be opening a second location in Gallatin — in the space recently vacated by Swaney Swifts, at 118 North Water Avenue.
In an interview with the Gallatin News, Justin Ragan, who owns and operates the restaurant alongside his wife Erika and daughter Emma, refers to his restaurant career as a calling.
“We had a kind of rocky first few weeks in Mt. Juliet,” Ragan said. “Some partnership issues took us a little while to sort out.”…
