NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Police say a man was arrested after threatening to shoot two women whom he had just faced in civil court earlier in the day.
According to an affidavit, police were called to a location on Main Street after two women said they were approached by James Buchanan shortly after facing him in civil court over an undisclosed matter. The women told police Buchanan pulled up behind them at their home, got out of his vehicle and explicitly said he would shoot them.
Then then allegedly blocked them and would not let them leave the location and one of the women said she saw a “black metal piece,” the affidavit says…
