NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Former New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (RTA) CEO Lona Edwards Hankins filed a lawsuit accusing the board of violating Louisiana’s open meetings law by altering her contract.
According to the lawsuit, she is seeking penalties against four board members.
