NEW ORLEANS — Troop NOLA announced that they made several arrests this week following three separate traffic stops involving illegal drugs, firearms, and a stolen vehicle.
On Wednesday, troopers stopped a vehicle on Crowder Boulevard. Investigators said the vehicle pulled into an apartment complex, where one person ran away but was quickly captured. During the investigation, troopers recovered 255 Tapentadol pills, an AR-15-style rifle, marijuana, THC gummies, and drug paraphernalia.
Troopers also learned that three of the vehicle’s occupants were convicted felons. Five people were arrested in that case…
