Five people accused of being involved in Marine vet Michael Garcia’s slaying earlier this year in New Orleans have been indicted for murder, according to Criminal District Court records.
An Orleans Parish grand jury passed down a 15-count indictment Thursday that formally charged all five on counts of second-degree murder and obstruction of justice.
