MARRERO, La. (WVUE) – A Jefferson Parish couple says their utility bill has nearly quadrupled in two years, climbing to about $500 a cycle even after the parish inspected their smart meter and found no leak.
Jay Ryals and his wife live in Marrero. Ryals says his utility bills have been hovering around $500 every cycle.
