In conversations about New Orleans and its renowned food culture, the city’s spirit of hospitality often takes centerpoint. White tablecloths, starch-clad waiters, and elaborate tableside displays set aflame have long defined that sentiment of service. However, I’d argue that there’s no place in town where true hospitality shines more than at Miss Shirley’s Chinese Restaurant.
