A popular New Orleans-based café specializing in matcha has opened its first location on the northshore.
Evolve Coffee + Matcha officially opened a new location at 2891 U.S. 190, Unit B-3, in The Village Shopping Center earlier this month. The new storefront marks the growing company’s fourth location in the New Orleans metro area.
The company was founded in 2020 in New Orleans by Yvonne Pichoff and offers locally roasted coffee from Mojo Coffee Roasters, along with matcha, which is Japanese green tea leaves ground into a powder.
