NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Fire Department is celebrating a rescue following a house fire in the Tulane-Gravier neighborhood on Friday, June 26.
According to a post to social media, crews responded to the scene of a fire at a multi-family home in the 200 block of North Tonti Street.
As a result, the home suffered damage, but four dogs were rescued. Two were reunited with their families while the others were treated for burns and smoke inhalation on the scene, including a female Dalmatian named “Fire.”
