NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – On Tuesday afternoon, hundreds of bus riders stood at one of the city’s busiest RTA bus hubs outside of the New Orleans East Regional Library.
Every 15 minutes or so, a new bus dropped of a group of travelers at Read Boulevard or a set of patient riders wait on benches for their rides.
