NEW ORLEANS — A box truck with a broken back door and scraped-up roof was stalled out on Marconi Drive near City Park Tuesday afternoon after it appeared to strike a nearby railroad bridge.
A WWL Louisiana photojournalist documented a crack in the bridge’s foundation and debris scattered along the roadway while at the scene around 2 p.m.
