A shooting in New Orleans’ Central City neighborhood Friday morning became a homicide by noon.
According to police, the victim was walking in the 2800 block of Second Street when around 9:30 a.m., the suspect shot the man and then fled.
New Orleans EMS took the victim to the hospital, where he died a short time later…
