NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Liz Murrill’s legal team said Monday (Sept. 21) that a public records request for communications related to the short-lived indictment of the Louisiana Attorney General has been rejected by New Orleans’ city attorney, with an unlawful demand to limit its scope.
City Attorney Charline Gipson said it is “disingenuous” to say the city rejected the request.
