NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A proposal in New Orleans’ city budget would eliminate On Scene Services, a company that responds to some vehicle crashes instead of police officers.
Amerino Fennell waited on a tow truck Wednesday afternoon after a crash uptown. Fennell called 911 and said he waited 15 minutes for help. Instead of the NOPD, an investigator with On Scene Services arrived.
