JEFFERSON PARISH, La. (WVUE) – State and local Jefferson Parish leaders are seeking improvement in how Entergy Louisiana trims trees in the parish.
At-Large Jefferson Parish Councilmember Jennifer Van Vrancken said the utility is expected to appear at next Wednesday’s (Sept. 30) council meeting after residents recently complained about tree trimming in River Ridge and Metairie.
Van Vrancken described the work as the trees having been “butchered.”…
