NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – New Orleans police announced that a man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a woman on Oct. 6.
The NOPD said 31-year-old Stephanie South was found shot to death Tuesday (Oct. 6) around 2:38 a.m. in New Orleans East.
She was pronounced dead at the scene, bleeding out from a gunshot wound to the thigh at the intersection of Old Gentilly Road and Wilson Avenue, police said…
