A New Orleans-area lawyer is accusing the district attorney in St. Bernard Parish, Perry Nicosia, of taking up with his then-wife, enlisting a DA’s office investigator to spy on him and harming his career with an accusatory email to colleagues at his law firm.
In a federal lawsuit, George Imbraguglio Jr. argues that Nicosia abused the DA’s office to tarnish his reputation, costing him in money, work prospects and mental health.
