Uptown is welcoming a new spot for second-hand style. Funky Priorities opened at 5033 Freret St. on Oct. 31, marking its move from a French Quarter pop-up to an Uptown brick-and-mortar shop.
Store owner Logan Dugas is a Louisiana native who struggled to find his personal style in traditional retail growing up, inspiring his interest in thrifting.
