A chef who worked at the revamped Emeril’s restaurant downtown is planning to open a tasting menu restaurant of his own on Magazine Street.
Josh Adamo, who has cooked in restaurants around the world, is documenting his journey of transforming the former Gris Gris space in the Lower Garden District with his 90,000 Instagram followers.
