NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Mid-City business owners say chaotic weekend crowds congregating around the 100 block of North Carrolton Avenue have become a public safety threat. “It’s turned dangerous, and that’s what’s so harrowing to the neighborhood,” said one business owner, who asked to remain anonymous.
