The ‘tit Rex mini parade is set to roll on its tiny wheels through St. Roch and the Marigny at 4 p.m. Sunday. This year’s procession features 40 tiny homemade floats, five full-size marching bands, and four actual miniature horses bringing up the rear. The self-deprecating 2024 theme is “Is THAT all there is!?”
